R Shoulder, Rotator Cuff injury

Nov 9 - 'recovered' can still be tight but strength is returning.

Oct 31 update - lacross ball work and YTWs helping, starting to feel strength has come back.

Loss of strength in right shoulder, no real pain though.
Going back, believe is must have happened during the OH walking lunges on Oct 4th. Pulled something but didn't realize it.

Front squats 3 days later felt a big rub on right collarbone - should have been the 1st clue.
Round trip to Paris and sleeping badly then scaled back from ring dips on Oct 11th. Really felt it next day in snatch, jerk and push-up attempts.

Started shoulder stability routine Oct 13th

Lots of mobility work with lacrosse ball.
