Appendicitis. Didn't feel great yesterday at work - thought it was a 24hr tummy bug. By Friday morning after bad night it was clear it was something more. Checking symptoms on the web indicated appendicitis & so it proved to be. In hospital by 11am and operated on at 4pm.
Dr. says I'm out for 3 weeks before running can start.
