Either the swim or hill run impacted the knee. Swelling on my lower knee. Took off Sunday / Monday. Will reassess at the start of the week.
Sept 3rd - still have pain when running / biking but push myself through it.
Sept 17 - my knee got a lot worse to the point it hurts when I'm resting. Constantly sore when walking. Going to take a few more days off and start running again next monday.
Oct 11 ran 17 km and my knee didn't hurt that much. Felt ok for the first time in a while
