Rolled my ankle on the way to second control at QOC meet yesterday. Kept on running and finished the race. Now it's really swelled up and bruised. I iced it after getting back from meet and also used some heating rub and kept it wrapped and elevated. Vitamin I (Ibuprofen) also helpful.
No running at all since the injury. I was able to ride my bike after a few days which I think helped recovery. It's feeling really good now even after a short run today.
