R Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

Achilles pulled up sore after run on Sunday 14/7 despite being totally fine during run. Worse on 15/7.
Sharper pain that what I had for ages with achilles tendinopathy in 2011 :( but can't remember any potential acute injury during either run.
Dunno when this resolved... hasn't really been an issue for ages (but the left side has, probably since rolling my ankle at State Champs in Spetember, but hard to nail down the start of the problem retrospectively. Definitely bad since start of January 2014
