Lower Leg, Stress Fracture

Sneaking suspicion it's a tibial stress fracture. Getting a X-ray but not until 4 weeks off so perhaps healed enough to not show up. Either way, progressed to the point I could not tolerate running and failed to walk without a noticeable limp.
