R elbow split, several stitches. Again. Same elbow as I injured tr Bovington!
Dressing finally off after 3 weeks! Skin almost all replaced. Just need to be careful I don't fall on that elbow again!
After X rays and a MRI scan they have decided that it was an infection that has now cleared. Would be nice to be able to do a proper plank again!
