Tendenitis in Hip: Flared up since excersing every day last week. Sore to walk. Appointment with physio/ specialist booked 2 weeks time.
MRI: FLUID IN HIP JOINT & INFLAMMATION- 1 MONTH W/O INTENSE EXERCISE (NO BBALL- RUNNING).
Able to cross train: Cycle/ swim- gym & strengthening (If no discomfort)
Anti inflam seemed to take away pain,
And month rest :)
