New hamstring pain - not sharp, just slight pain - after 45 minutes of race - stopped immediately and walked back. Became more sore over rest of day, struggling to walk properly.
Became less sore over rest of week, was able to walk/jog over Penhale Sands for 5k following Sunday.
3 x ultrasound and renewed commitment to stretching/foam cylinder.
Will go back in a month, but seems on the mend now.
