3.13 stiffness and soreness in right heel/Achilles
3.14 pain this morning in heel; not up for running otherwise
3.19 back to a 1
3.25 still a 1
3.29. Running on soft sand brings pain back
4.02 really no discomfort running; sometimes a 1 in the AM
4.14 no recurrence of this
