L Lower Leg, Calf Strain

April 7 - I don't think this is recovered yet, but the pain is definitely manageable. I didn't have to stop a run for some time now.

April 18 - still there, doesn't prevent running but worrisome.

May 8: Didn't feel it for about two weeks now. I hope this is over.

June 1 - reopen. Started hurting before the end of the run, definitely a regression.

June 12 - Still hurts, running slow.

June 17 - Had to stop the run today.

Aug 14 - Getting better, but still there. Went to a Physio today, said it's probably micro-tears in the muscle that became a scar which puts pressure on the nerve. Need to invest more in stretching 2x30sec after every run.

Jan 3 2015 - time to close this. I still feel is from time to time, but will probably never heal completely.
