Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Felt strain in both hamstrings after todays "LumberJack" exercises with medicine ball.

Probably not an actual injury but I bet my hammy's are a little vulnerable right now and I want to track this to make sure I'm not doing anything extreme with them until I'm sure I've recovered from this workout.

1/18/13 - Was doing some easy leg swings after today's Sisyphus workout. Right hamstring is tight but seemingly on the mend. Left hamstring is problematic and feels VERY sore and limited motion. Need to keep an eye on this and possibly do some icing stretching.

Time. Seems to be ok now. Just logged it as a reminder to not do anything extreme with the hamstring
