Overuse/new shoes/changing terrain whilst at home over xmas. Thought I'd managed to nab it early, but as of 10th Jan, reappeared, almost just as bad.
Only closing this injury report now. I made a few mistakes coming back from this: running too soon and not massaging my calves enough at the start. A good massage and plenty of eccentric calf dips worked wonders. Icing frequently too.
