From bad fall at Ultralong-Cinci. Feels like bruised or cracked ribs. Trying to avoid lifting, bending, laughing, coughing, sneezing. It's not too bad if i sit still. I'm told to expect 4 weeks for mostly recovered, and 2 more to full recovery.
Rested completely a week or two, then light biking. Had lots of trouble finding a sleeping position. Held back on returning to activity much more than i wanted, but that may have helped speed the recovery (which was very fast in the last week or so).
