L Foot, Ankle Sprain

Classic ankle roll - running downhill, foot inverted and plantarflexed. Extreme pain. But it went away relatively quickly and then I could run again.

Except then I did exactly the same thing later in the course with more plantarflexion.


It healed itself pretty fast - just have to be careful when orienteering now and not re-injure it.
