Sacro-illiac related calf again. Cathy said best exercises to start with were clams, lower abdominal engagers and tennis balls on upper spine. also tennis ball on tfc (or whatever the 3 letter acronym is).

stretches, starting with hip-jaw ones and two tennis balls on spine gets things right. Anti-inflams don't hurt either.
