This started out as "knee", then I decided it was my back making my knee sore do I changed it to "torso - lower back"... turns out my knee was pretty wrecked!
surgery on January 9th 2013.
it's never going to be the same, but it's not really stopping me train anymore so i'll tick the recovered box...
