Persistent since last semester and only when I run. Finally went to the clinic on 3/6/12 and pretty much told me not to run and stretch and stuff. Super.
4/25/12 - Feeling good! Starting to run again, and I love it <3
10/16/12 - Struggling to get back into the swing of things...
4/21/13 - Well... three weeks of a little bit of running/walking, things are going great! Knock on wood, right?
9/15/13 - Ran about 2.5 miles all summer, 3 days a week, and no major problems. It still gets tight a little bit. If I can make it through Evan's running plan with no problems, I'm going to call it officially beat.
Cause: (1) the wrong pair of shoes with no foot support, (2) maybe nordic
Now use Mizuno Wave Inspires with blue superfeet.
