Grazed and bruised after slip when cornering on damp tarmac. Hip and shoulder also grazed, but knee (and compass) came off worst.
Some pain under kneecap still after nearly 2 weeks: aggravated by jarring (e.g. downhill on tarmac) and even by 90 mins moderate cycling. Shorter bike rides much more tolerable than running though, and eventually eased off.
