Tonsillitis. Just wouldn't go away.
After a week went to Dr, gave me 250mg Penicillin for 7 days. No effect. Back to Dr, gave me 500mg Penicillin. No change until the very last day when the pain went, but tonsils still red, swollen and covered in white spots. 4-5 days later pain came back. Phoned Dr, told me it's viral not bacterial and I should just sit it out. Eventually after just over a month I think I can safely say it's gone.
