I aggravated the frequent ache and tightness in left achilles by doing calf drops when calf was tight after a harder session. Aggravated it again with an orienteering interval session in hilly terrain.

Isometric calf-raises, 3 x 1min, increase the weight. Drink green tea. Strengthen calves.
