Basically waking up with crap on my chest. Not very nice and makes me short of breath.
Probably the remnence of the cold I had...
15/03/07 - still got it i reckon although its going - mucus... nice. still putting some good training in though - even if im not as fast as lizzie!
semi recovered - got a bit of a cough still but its ok.
