Slightly undefinable - but at times very painful. Have felt it for a couple of days for no apparent reason, but I guess ski training and extensive double-poling may be involved - just like last year (and I´m realizing that I had the same also two years ago).
Last time I tried it was OK to exercise, but felt worse a day after.
Turning the injury off now - but I guess the back will continue to be a bit weak. Whether it´s from too much exercise or not enough strength training I don´t know - maybe this is just the way my body reacts now.
