Fell coming into a control at the end of Day 1 and heard an audible crack - just waiting now for swelling to go down and the aches from running funny on it day two to subside to see how badly its going to effect me! - just aching now but slightly worrying with the marathons and the ultras coming up
Still aching giving the ultras a miss
