Any aerobic exercise made it feel better but then sore afterwards. Yoghurt and ice-cream were good for it and I found one mouthful of milk would stop it hurting enough to be able to fall asleep - presumably the fat in the milk? Damn frustrating to lose my sense of taste, hope that returns soon...
