No running as of Fall 2014.

Update 10/06/15: It's been a year of no running and no o'ing and I'd say my knee is pretty much the same. Lots of crunching during deep knee bends. I'm considering giving PT another go this winter and trying to not overdue it on the bike. This next year I need to develop a daily walking routine as well.

Update 10/21/16: I've had a standing desk at work for almost a year and I believe that is helping out my knee. I've tried to ease back into running and am hoping to run at some o-meets this winter.

Update 3/30/18: I don't think running has been good at all, even the low intensity stuff that I mostly did last spring. For now, I'm still sticking with the low impact stuff (rowing, paddling, biking). Went back to a knee doc this month to inquire about surgery. We will see where that goes.

Update 10/22/21: Wow, 10yrs I've been dealing with this. I've been pretty content to get out on the bike for my training. Some hiking this summer really aggravated my knee. I need to look into trying a knee brace. Sticking with low impact stuff.
