I hurt my back doing the kick-boxing on Saturday. This is because I just jumped right in without warming up. The class actually does not include a warm-up so need to warm up on your own. I was late for the class so did not warm up. I can hardly bend over. I will give complete rest before starting to workout again. This comes at a bad time as I was preping for the duathlon next weekend.
This is about 95% recovered. Had to lay off the resistance training for a few days.
