I strained by calf on the Thursday night run. I felt it during the run but just kept going. This is something that had been happening if I did not stretch before the run. I did stretch before this run but I guess it was not enough. Walking with a limp and cannot run or jump at all.
Complete rest for 3 and one half days. I was back to the workouts on Monday evening with calf feeling just a little sore but after the workout it was 100% and still feels good 1 day later.
