This has been sore since Jan, but I have been able to train through it with no increase in soreness. Since May it has been deteriorating, probably due to some long and hard sessions, and I need to start looking after it better.
Worse again in July - started an intensive program of icing, massage, taping. Let's see if it does any good.
Cleared up in Sept when I upped my training and worked through the pain - after a couple of long hard races it just seemed to disappear. Magic!
Hard and prolonged high mileage training appears to have helped to resolve this where resting failed.
