annoying heal issue came back after I wore those yellow scott shoes for a hr run in rotorua rrr, didnt go away and achy next few days but I didnt want to rest cause of NISS and training to do. May be more sore when walking than running due to positioning

due to pressure on bursa on heal from shoes due to lots of training. Rest seemed to help I guess. Heal less casual shoes. U padding on heal to prevent further pressure/pain.
