I do not remember the exact date that my shoulder started bothering me, but it has been at least since February 1st (recording 5/2/2011).
I have nearly recovered a few times, but have reinjured skiing and overdoing it when I thought I was better.
At this time, I am trying to perform stretches that Dave showed me and will wait for a significant amount of time for my shoulder to feel 100% before I start lifting (if it feels better at all).
