R Foot, Ankle Sprain

2006-02-03 – 2006-02-09

Grade: 1

Twinged my ankle--below and just in front of the outside protuberance--getting out of bed. This happens to me once in a while from training wear-and-tear. The ankle was tender to walk or run on without good arch support for a few days. It never hurt steadily or severely during exercise and usually went away after warming up.

Like many small strains and sprains that I get while ramping up my training, this went away with just a little care (mostly to walk carefully when barefoot and to wear arch supports most of the time).
