R Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

Started off at a grade 3, now around a 2.
Update: 3/15/2011 - Ran a total of 3.5 miles the past two days and feels wayyyy better. Keeping up with stretching, foam roller, and hip/ass exercises daily. I'd say it's prob. around a 1 right now. Fingers crossed!
