R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Was tight after last Saturdays long run (21 miles) but felt good all this week. About 4 miles into todays trail run it tightened up but I was able to run through it. It really felt tight and painful after getting out of the car when I got home.

Rested over weekend. Massaged after injury. Ran slow monday-wednesday of following week.
