Hip/Pelvis, Groin Pull

My right hip (insertion of Quadriceps and Tensor fascia lata) started hurting alreaday on the 5th of january. But while I was training it was still doing ok. On my rest day it became really stiff and during the night it made a lot of pain.

Be careful with doing a sudden rest after a tough training series.
Go more often to the massage.
Stretch.
