Cooler than forecast and overcast. Much thick and thorny vegetation, generally mapped, and considerable deadfall, much of it too recent to be mapped though some of it familiar from past outings. First 11 controls are loop A; the remainder are loop B. Loops included two common controls (not counting the one beside the finish punch) and a couple more within 100 meters of each other.
