| 1. | +07:00 | Head wasn't in it at all. Stopped to tie my shoe and then started in the wrong direction by about 45 degrees. Hit the trail juntion N of the control which was mapped wrong and spent about 3 minutes trying to settle down and figure out where I was. | |||||

| 3. | +01:00 | Almost out of mistakes, but not quite. Misread the direction of the contour and looked for the control on the spur rather than the reentrant. | |||||
| 4. | Finally started reading the map. Went around on the left and through the fields. Had fast split on this leg. | ||||||
| 5. | Out to the road and then in just past the medium green. Another fast split. | ||||||
| 6. | +00:15 | Throught the marsh to the trail. Hit the stream about 20m past the control. | |||||
| F. | Trail out to road, didn't push it since I was obviously not going to win this one. |
