Ran too fast Bad map reading Did not read control code Tired Not thinking clearly Followed others	Ran hard previous two controls, and brain froze here - found myself at the wrong control, unsure whether the previous one was correct. Ran back to 13 to check, then easily found the right control for 14. Ugh
