Ontario Orienteering Championships: Course 7 Middle

1.	+02:10	Did not use compass at clearing and fence junction to locate; was looking W and thought it was N.

5.	+02:00	Deviated too much to the right as usual; hesitated at view of marsh, despite that only other possible marsh was in green.

7.	+12:38	Did not check map to see cliff halfway to mine; got confused by similar number in extra control I found; lacked confidence.
8.	+04:52	Had map at 90 degrees to features, did not use compass to verify direction until much later when terrain was clearly not corresponding to map.

10.	+00:35	Didn't look closely at compass, took wrong trail, so was on wrong side to find control.
11.	+01:00	Took too long to look at map for next attack points, started wrong approach before deciding to cut through straight E to big marsh.
12.	+02:00	Got confused by terrain, couldn't figure out where hill was, got confused by nearby other control.
13.	+02:56	Didn't see how many trails, one hidden by control circle but reading beyond it would have shown it; hesitated right near control and went back thinking I was on wrong trail. Finally repositioned by unique trail junction.
