5.		scraped my knee when a rock jumped up and bit me near the control. didnt lose any time here but i kept slowing down to look at it and make sure i didnt mess it up.

12.	+01:30	doubted myself coming over the hill and lost soem time because i was trying to figure out where i was, eventually i just decided to follow the reentrant down and i was where i thought i was the whole time, but since i semi-walked over hte hill i didnt go far enough.
