Running 45:00 
Run fail, was attempting to do intervals in the park, but started to feel my left leg so rather than make it worse I stopped. The light jog home was fine, seems to be related to the harder effort.
Running 1:47:00 
Loop around the Grand River. A lot of the trail on the back side of the river was really over grown. Felt strong the whole way which was a major boost to my confidence. No issues/niggles/pain.
Running long 3:40:00 
Ran the Grand Valley trail to the end and back. It was pretty hot near the end and I was hurting the last 30 min. Otherwise was good to get my first long run in since Western.
About 2 hours later had some sharp pain in the top of my left leg. Was feeling better the next day. I suspect there is still some damage to the quad from western that is not fully healed when i started to swell after the run this caused the pain.

Hill Repeats at Chicopee. 10 hills on the back part of Chicopee before I had to be home so Kristen could go MTB riding.
