Nice day out but I just wasn't motivated. I screwed up going to one and lost lots of time. I ran hard to two and it was hidden behind a tree. At that point I stopped hurrying. I was tired of just being covered in sweat. I walked a lot, especially the up hills.

Muscles and joints still very sore from soccer and volleyball. I couldn't move very fast. It was good for me to get out and loosen up some.
