Well this day did not go as planned. Wanted to get to the Hammer early and get a ride in, however got delayed in Toronto picking up speakers/turntable and just slowed everything down. Then stuff at the house, out to see my mom, Tim and then it poured. So, just went for a run at the end of the day before driving back to TO.

Morning run. Was awake way too early for a Saturday so decided to get out the door. The new shoes aren't feeling great so might need to pick up another to rotate through.
5 PM

Cycling 1:12:54 [2] 29.99 km (2:26 / km)

I was feeling zonked from the early start to the day, but had 2 options: have a nap or work on taxes. Smartly I decided to go for a great ride up and back to the beaches.

I cannot believe I ended up at 29.99 km.
