Everywhere busy this morning. 5x hill strides & sprint loop - waited a while (as long as I could before needing to be back for work) as wanted to get another one done but had to go around people twice (1:32.7 - decent considering). Sick of things ruining my sessions but know it's really about doing the exercise not the time.
