We were tired today so Steph decided no strength just a WOD today
WOD:
2 km row
then 10 rounds:
- 4 burpees
- 6 pull ups with orange band
- 8 front rack lunges - only managed one with weights as my body didn't like it
Accesory:
- 10 x hamstring curls on ball
- 10 x plank 20 lbs pull through
