An easy one which I didn't feel great to start with but got better as the ride went on.

Note

Overall the race didn't go to plan with the tougher bike but more importantly dodgy calf.
I'm happy that I was so positive on the run as this is where the negativity normally comes in.
I've had 5 days of complete rest and my body feels good, even the calf is now no longer painful to touch.
