Longish run, over Scout hill and onto Farleton. I decided to reverse the route to get more climb in and pleased with this offering from the door. Ran the downhills at a long race pace for conditioning. Felt alright and enjoyed.

Buggy run around arnside. A couple of gates to lug him over but managed on my own. Some nice woodland and some tracks that will make some good loops on the crosses in the summer.

Had initially planned on Eskdale Elevation as it looks cracking and it's a Pennine race (tho the RO died a few weeks ago, put on by family). However the last few weeks have been so busy I just needed a more relaxed weekend. Shame as the conditions looked ideal!

Knee little to no bother. Find when landing normally. Bot of a wobble from graze and left over inflammation when landing on heel. Main worry was the surrounding muscles getting fucked from compensation, but they felt pretty loose.

Once in a while I try not being an orienteering snob, and it just reinforces why I am.

Kept it upright until the point where I fucked my knee on a rock.

Still probably better than the JK.
