Decently productive chest shoulders tris workout with emus. A decent bit weaker than usual but to be expected. 1 hour for 3/4 exercises is a new pb but better waffling at gym than pretending to study at home. Still lots of work to be done. Lil bit of core stuff at the end in the booty gym.

Started off legs feeling quite heavy and fatigued but eased ltr in run. having to work pretty hard to keep up just walking on the hills although felt decent on the flat. could be a tad heavy for hills atm so get some hill reps done and some more lower body s&c or eat less but nahh.

Easy goofy ahh route. First bit with skibidybrah. Think we saw bivil shmivil on meadows. Feeling better than yesterday but still a little mid especially compared to this time last year considering I didn’t buy the microchip DLC no heart pain expansion. Legs eased up nicely at the end though.

Easy Blackford and Braids. Legs feeling surprisingly bussin to begin with but went to shit half way up the first climb. Feeling not very bongy for the rest of it but got it done. To be expected as long race at the weekend.
