Felt pretty decent, went clockwise to help the calf/Achilles/whatever lower leg pain which it definitely did. Felt it in the warm up and then pretty much not at all during the workout. Woo!

Right ITB was not thrilled during this, think mainly because it's not used to being the inside leg. Just gonna make sure to get in some ITB work and should be fine. Stopped before the hill because I didn't want to irritate the calf/achilles

Moving faster than I should have been but it was just so nice to be out. Calf/achilles felt totally fine for the first 5ish miles and then I started to feel it. Nothing as bad as it has been though. Good to actually get a long run in!
