Brought my headlamp for this run at Harmony Hill and the Trestle Bridge. Needed it after about 40 minutes. Started to pour not long afterwards. The rain let up by the time that I finished, but it was a wild one!

Run at Cheslen. Getting darker and colder throughout. Didn't focus on pace, just ran how I was feeling. Ended up faster and happier than yesterday's run. Legs felt better too.

Cold and windy run at Stroud, using up nearly all of the usable daylight. Trying to run at a good Z2 pace, same as I've done for the past few weeks, but there is something bizarre happening where it feels unsustainable and makes my legs feel very heavy. When I sped up towards the end I felt much better, which doesn't make any sense to me.

Longish run at Cheslen on the super flat trails. Tried to keep a run-all-day pace, but I'm getting frustrated by my legs, which just felt sore and heavy.
